Press Release (ePRNews.com) - Conover, NC - Aug 13, 2018 - Abby Rodgers, a Christian middle school teacher, elementary school guidance counselor, and married mother, grandmother, great-grandmother based out of North Carolina, has completed her new book, “The Ultimate Happy Ending”: a delightful story book crafted from the Bible’s treasures.
Abby shares, “The relationship that Adam and Eve had with God required they trusted and obeyed Him. The Intentional Will of God was that they would live forever and enjoy the peace, calm, and provisions they had in Eden. They had everything they needed, but they wanted more. They thought they knew better than God what was best for them, so they disobeyed and ate the fruit God had told them not to eat.
Their disobedience caused God to be extremely sad. By eating the forbidden fruit, the first couple on earth changed their lives and determined the destiny of all mankind. Every living thing was now destined to be born into sin and to die a physical death.
From that day forward, all mankind was born with a sinful, disobedient nature—spiritually dead. So in His Circumstantial Will, God began His plan to work within the circumstances of the disobedience of Adam and Eve to bring about His Ultimate Will for mankind.”
Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Abby Rodgers’s new book is a stirring, plainspoken selection of the hundreds of stories compiled in Scripture as well as a straightforward explanation of these stories’ relevance to everyday Christian living.
Rodgers includes after each reading a poem or a quote that encapsulates the theme and moral of each story for greater appreciation and reflection.
Readers can purchase “The Ultimate Happy Ending” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, or Barnes and Noble.
