Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder Toby Houchens leveraged his U.S. Army Special Forces experience to create Alpha Recon as a risk management company providing near real-time intelligence and technology tools to help companies proactively protect their assets and business interests, and respond quickly to limit disruptions. The company’s recent growth prompted the addition of several key executives to the Alpha Recon team.

Located in the U.K., Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Eaumus Halpin brings the strategic and operational support of over 30 years of experience and leadership to help shape and drive the long-term strategic technology direction for Alpha Recon.

Chief Sales and Marketing Office (CSMO) Joan England brings over 30 years of experience in the travel management and technology industry to the Alpha Recon team and is responsible for the development and execution of Alpha Recon’s marketing, brand, product, sales, and business development activities.

Dan Runyon comes to the Chief Operating Office (COO) role at Alpha Recon to lead intelligence support, risk analysis, and operations after having served over 20 years as a U.S. Army Officer and then as an accomplished professional with an extensive defense industry background.

Andy Woglom serves as Alpha Recon’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Andy’s extensive experience as an investor and consultant to multiple start-ups and provides valuable insight to the management team.

Herman Sims is the Chief Information Systems Office (CISO) of Alpha Recon and leverages many years of computer and information security experience along with leadership positions within both the military and public industry.

VP of Systems Engineering John Ryan brings over 15 years of engineering experience and leadership to the Alpha Recon team working with a variety of manufacturing, network, systems, and architecture companies.
