American singer’s adventure complete after battle on The voice of Holland

Jaclyn Bradley Palmer was the sole American expatriate featured this season

Press Release ( - UTRECHT, Netherlands - Dec 18, 2017 - On Friday, American singer, Jaclyn Bradley Palmer, was again featured on The voice of Holland, the original television show that Americans know simply as “The Voice.”  A month earlier, she was successful with her blind audition and became an official part of the 8th season. The show airs each Friday at 8:30pm on RTL4 in Holland and afterward clips are available worldwide on YouTube.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, USA, Palmer shared the stage with Kira Dekker, singing a mash up of Clean Bandit featuring Anne Marie’s “Rockabye” and Katy Perry’s “Chained to the Rhythm.”  Both contestants were team mates working with coach Sanne – in Holland also known as Miss Montreal.  While both vocalists sang their hearts out, Jaclyn’s journey with “The voice of Holland” came to an end.

Palmer explains that performing the battle was an incredible experience.  “I only wanted to give my best performance, move the viewers, and bring joy through the music I sang,” said Jaclyn, “While the process of competing was stressful, after making my commitment to excellence regardless of the outcome, I had one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.  I lost the battle to my opponent, but in my own way, I won because I gave a performance that was from my heart and I’m very proud of that.” Her battle can be viewed on youtube:…
