Press Release (ePRNews.com) - TAIPEI, Taiwan - Jul 04, 2016 - To assist customers to efficiently use Human Capital Planner (HCP), Ares International Corp. recently held a training for “Common Issue for Regulations of Holidays.” This will help department of human resource to clarify the rules on holiday and compensatory holiday. This will improve efficiency and value. We also invited consultant to explain new functions to customers for friendly user interface and convenient operation process to reach better performance.
Department of human resource either is responsible for wage, recruitment and education, and KPI auditing or deal with attendance and leave management. However, with the days of leaves increased and some specific situation such as day off with typhoon, marriage leaves, and maternity leave, it will be more complicated on wage calculation, leaves management, and human resource management.
Product Manager of ARES, Alex Cheng, said, “We will mention the common issue on day off. With the screen operating, it is helpful for trainees to fast understand and operate this system, while saving time for dealing with payment and leave calculation. This class will be the reference for ARES to hold another training based on trainees’ query and feedback.”
At first, consultant, Sammi Lin, detailed the control rules of leaves, calendar configuration and maintenance, parameters deployment for wage application, on-board date elimination and modification for employee ID, work calling off with typhoon. This will help customers with calculation and configuration.
In session 2, consultant, Renee Chen, delivers new function for the system, including overtime control, law amended for marriage leave, rules of payment for maternity leave. ARES looks forward to assisting customers with new functions in the system to reduce costs of human resource and improve operational efficiency.
During the break, traintees talked to ARES consultants with face-to-face query for operating issue and solution. At the end of training, training ended up with communication between trainees and consultants.
