All contact centers in India are required to register with the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) as an OSP and adhere to the terms and conditions that are specified. Non-compliance can lead to fines and disruption to operations. Assertion is a GRC (Governance – Risk Management – Compliance) software product that enables compliance automation. Assertion has launched an OSP feature pack for contact centers in India, with controls that automate compliance verification for any OSP.
