This culinary findings later became Barcelona Eat Local Food Tours, a small venture that converge on unique eateries and specialty stores which use locally sourced ingredients and fresh products, as they represent the most environmentally and nutritionally responsible choice to make while choosing tasty and healthy food. As well, the experience developed reveal food stories and the culture rooted in the neighborhoods’ history.
