Bio-Techne Corporation Acquires Atlanta Biologicals, Inc
Benchmark International is pleased to announce the sale of Atlanta Biologicals.
Press Release (ePRNews.com) - TAMPA, Fla. - Feb 13, 2018 - Benchmark International has successfully facilitated the stock sale of Atlanta Biologicals, Inc., and its affiliated company Scientific Ventures, to the Bio-Techne Corporation. The transaction is financed through available cash on hand.
