With offices in the USA and Malta, The OTS Foundation is a the premier link between the USA and the prehistoric heritage of the islands of Malta and Gozo.  The legacy of this advanced prehistoric culture survives in monumental architectural and artistic achievement that offers a nearly  complete window on the pivotal Neolithic era.  
As a registered provider of educational programming for Road Scholar (formerly Elderhostel) since 1995, operation of OTSF non-profit cultural tourism to Malta channeled numerous philanthropic benefits back to the islands.  OTSF introduced a program of continuing education for the American Institute of Architects, helped back-breed prehistoric cattle, set up visiting university lecturers, funded the University of Malta's Archaeology Laboratory and sponsored its first PhD graduate in Archaeology.  
OTSF founder and president Linda C. Eneix has consulted for television documentary film producers in the USA and Europe, and lectured for the Smithsonian Institute Associates.
The small and independent institution has organized a series of highly regarded international multi-disciplinary conferences.   OTSF has published several books, produced video and exhibition material.
