Press Release (ePRNews.com) - LONDON - Aug 08, 2016 - Bocconcino Restaurant, the high-‐end pizzeria concept led by Moscow restaurateur Mikhail Gokhner, will make its debut in the UK in early November, in London’s Mayfair on 19 Berkeley Street.
Inspired by the quality pizza and Italian cuisine Gokhner experienced in Forte dei Marmi, a seaside town in Northern Tuscany, Bocconcino Pizzeria will specialise in authentic wood-‐fired pizzas and freshly made pasta dishes featuring premium, seasonal ingredients.
Designed by architects UNK and spread over two floors to accommodate a ground floor restaurant and downstairs bar, the 3000 sq ft, 127 cover space has a sleek, stylish aesthetic.
Quality materials such as marble, wood and glass create a luxurious dining environment, with exposed brickwork adding an industrial edge, and an open-‐plan kitchen built around a wood-‐fired oven.
Highlights from the menu include Pizza with Gorgonzola and Pear, Linguine with Cuttlefish and Squid Ink and Calzone Four Cheeses, filled with mozzarella, stracchino, pecorino, scamorza and tomato sauce. Average spend for three courses plus wine will be around £45.
The wine list is exclusively Italian, with bottles carefully selected from a mixture of well-‐known brands and small, artisan producers. A cocktail menu focusing on Italian classics like the Bellini, Negroni and Aperol Spritz will be available in the bar.

Bocconcino Restaurant is open seven days a week, from 12pm – 12.30am Monday to Saturday, and Noon to 10.30pm on Sundays.
