Press Release (ePRNews.com) - The Villages, FL - Apr 18, 2016 - To accommodate its continued expansion in the Central Florida market, Evershore Financial Group, one of the largest independent financial firms in Florida, has opened a new office in The Villages community. Financial Advisors Malcolm Engstrom and Sandi Washburn will serve the financial needs of their clients through the new office.
The new office in The Villages community will join Evershore’s other Florida offices in Boca Raton, Orlando, and Palm Beach Gardens.
“Misinformation tends to be prominent in communities with a high retirement population, and we hope to counter that trend through our presence in the community.”
Malcolm Engstrom and Sandi Washburn have been appointed as Financial Advisors with Evershore Financial Group and will be leading the new office in The Villages community. As a team, they have over 45 years of experience in the financial services industry, have received several industry awards, and regularly hold workshops to help educate the community on topics such as retirement funding, investments, and basic financial strategies. Having served clients within The Villages community and surrounding areas for more than two decades, Mr. Engstrom and Ms. Washburn recently moved their practice to Evershore Financial Group in order to provide their clients with more options to fit their unique needs.
“Because Evershore is an independent financial firm, we are now able to offer our clients products and services from many different companies instead of having to stick to proprietary products,” Washburn said. “We did a lot of research before moving our practice. In the end, we have a responsibility to serve the comprehensive needs of our clients and we feel that we can better fulfill that duty at Evershore”.
Evershore Financial Group’s growth has been built upon the professional standards of quality and excellence established by its Founder and Managing Partner, Bob Barboni, CFP®. Whether clients are in need of insurance, investment, retirement, or wealth management advice, Evershore advisors have a deep understanding of the solutions available to help their clients and will work closely with their client’s other advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, to make sure all angles are considered.
“We are thrilled about the new advisors who have joined the firm, including Sandi and Malcolm,” said Barboni. “Their level of care and service is top notch. Misinformation tends to be prominent in communities with a high retirement population, and we hope to counter that trend through our presence in the community.”
