Evonne Landwehr With RE/MAX Full Spectrum Inspires Lake County Homebuyers and Sellers to Participate in Month of Miracles

Press Release (ePRNews.com) - Lakeport, CA - Aug 24, 2016 - Inspired by a 24-year-long relationship between RE/MAX and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®, Evonne makes a difference in her community as a REALTOR® Miracle Agent.  The RE/MAX Month of Miracles in August is a time for celebrating that commitment – and the year-round efforts to raise funds and awareness for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, the CMN Hospital closest to Lake County.

Evonne is participating in the RE/MAX Month of Miracles celebration by donating a percentage of earned commissions on every property sold, and designating each residential and commercial property listed as a Miracle Home or Miracle Property.  RE/MAX Miracle Agents, Offices and Teams are dedicated supporters who participate in the Miracle Home program and pledge to make a donation to their local CMN Hospital after each closed property sale. Together, RE/MAX Miracle Agents, and Lake County homebuyers and sellers can make more miracles happen at and help fund life-saving care.

“The Miracle Home program is a simple yet impactful way to help support the children in our rural community who might need the services of a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital,” said Evonne, of RE/MAX Full Spectrum. “Sixty-two children enter a CMN Hospital for treatment every minute, so it’s vital that I show my support for the kids.”

Homebuyers and sellers are also able to show their support by requesting that their home be a Miracle Home. Miracle Homes and commercial Miracle Properties are identifiable by a rider on top of RE/MAX yard signs. Many homes on remax.com are flagged as Miracle Homes with a CMN Hospitals balloon icon.  Evonne’s current Miracle Homes can be found at her website: www.elandwehr.remaxagent.com.

RE/MAX Affiliates across the U.S. and Canada have raised more than $147 million for 170 member hospitals throughout North America. Their support of CMN Hospitals has helped fund advanced medical equipment, healthcare services and charitable care.
