Early this year, one or two airline companies did initiate the dropping fuel charges from fare breakup when oil cost dropped. Some have started giving a-la-carte to not only tango but also other general classes. They feel most of the frequent flyers and destination seekers book economy class. So, turning the service to general class will be a mutually comforting situation. However, many airlines are still in the decisive state of whether or not to implement it.
