The event was organized on Nov 03, 2016 at ekunji office by Event Fabricators – an Event Management Company.
Sachin Goyal is catering his knowledge and expertise of ayurveda for 3 years with the help of video tutorials and online blogs. 250 members along with their family have been participated to attend that seminar to connect with Sachin and hear about the latest health information face to face.
The seminar started with the warm welcome of Sachin Goyal and hot topics of that session were briefed by an emcee. Sachin then started the session to discuss about unhealthy lifestyle and improper diet. He started to explain, “It wouldn’t be great to have a live in with doctor or therapist for your everyday sickness and pain. I see almost every age group person is suffering from pain or other sickness. It happens majorly due to two reasons.”
He continued, “The first reason is our bizarre lifestyle. It surprises me when people go to gym for cycling by their car. People even don’t want to walk and they want to keep themselves in comfort while we all know unhealthy lifestyle means more illness and more expenses to treat those illnesses. The second reason is improper diet. Consumption of fast food, junk food and energy drinks with added sugar isone of the major root causes of many diseases.”
One of attendee asked, “It all become our habits so it is hard to get out from this lifestyle. So what are the easy ways for good health?” Then Sachin replied, “This is not tough at all. Regular exercise, ignorance of unhealthy food and inclusion of some natural ingredients such as wheat, ghee, black pepper, fennel seeds, coriander in your regular diet also can pop up your health.”
One more attendee asked surprisingly, “How can ghee benefited our health while it is causes of obesity?”Sachin smiled and replied “There are many health benefits of ghee. Unfortunately Ghee is projected as an unhealthy food due to its high saturated fat content but modern science has verified that ghee is so much beneficial for health. It has been proved that ghee is nutritional rich food and beneficial for abdomen cleansing, constipation and helps to cure bleeding piles.”
As per Sachin ghee is an essential power food.
