Special exceptions will occasionally happen that bend the rules a little, and that should be expected to happen as circumstances will appear that require it, like a worker who is a parent and waiting on a phone call about his or her child. Putting careful thought into anything is important for a business. That includes the smaller details like basic rules that can sometimes seem too little to be concerned with. “To avoid complications in the future, it can be best to have policies set in the first place, and amend them as needed.
