The sensor adaptor board is compact in design with sensors like Body temperature, Ambient temperature, Air pressure ( and optional sensor like Heart rate+ SPO2, Accelerometer and Gyroscope). The Adaptor board can be easily mounted over the Renesas Synergy Kit.
iWave has developed MQTT IoT protocol library with publisher and subscriber support on Synergy platform for communication with Cloud Server.
Developed the MQTT Publisher application (using MQTT library) for sending the sensor data to MQTT cloud server using MQTT Protocol via Wi-Fi /Ethernet. The Publisher Application sends the sensor data along with a specific topic to the MQTT cloud server. Based on this topic the server decides which MQTT client has to receive the particular message. Any MQTT Subscriber Application which runs on Android Mobile/ Tablet can connect with the MQTT cloud server with the registered topic and receive the live updated sensor data.
We can re-use the existing design such as MQTT Cloud communications APIs, Sensor reading application, etc for other product verticals like industrial, Automotive etc.
• IoT application will launch automatically, which will capture the sensor data and send it to the cloud using MQTT IoT protocol. The communication medium is either Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
• Using open source MQTT IoT application(MQTT Dashboard) on any mobile or Tablet, We can connect to the cloud and download the sensor data that was captured on synergy platform.
The Renesas Synergy SK-S7G2 evaluation kit (https://www.renesas.com/en-sg/products/software-tools/boa…) uses the Renesas Synergy S7G2 240-MHz ARM® Cortex®-M4 microcontroller (https://www.renesas.com/en-us/products/synergy/microcontr…)(R7FS7G27H3A01CFC) with 4 MB of flash, 640 KB of SRAM, and IEEE 754 single precision Floating Point Unit (FPU). It supports interfaces like USB Host/Device, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, TFT LCD, QSPI Flash etc.
