Indigo Tree Goes Purple with The Hospice of St Francis

Press Release ( - BERKHAMSTED, England - Oct 11, 2016 - On Friday 7 October, Indigo Tree Digital, the local web design agency formerly called LT Consulting Solutions, launched its stunning new brand alongside the Hospice of St Francis’ ‘Go Purple’ fundraising event at the company’s offices on Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted – raising a fantastic £340 for the charity. Guests to the event were invited to entertain themselves with a game of table tennis, free-flowing Prosecco and a celebration cake.

Carolyn Addison, Corporate Fundraising Manager at The Hospice of St Francis, joined in with the celebration and took the opportunity to present Owner, Louise Towler, with her new Corporate Partner Certificate for Indigo Tree Digital. LT Consulting were founder members of the Corporate Partner Network, joining in February 2012.

The link between Indigo Tree and the Hospice is a long standing one and the opportunity to gather clients and contacts together to celebrate, whilst raising much needed funds for the Hospice was an opportunity Louise Towler was not going to pass up: “I am absolutely delighted to help the Hospice in this way, to help raise awareness of their great works and to further cement the relationship between our two organisations”. During the afternoon, guests raised a total of £170 which Louise generously doubled to a grand total of £340.

The aim of the Hospice, which cares for patients and families across Herts and Bucks facing life-limiting illness, was to make purple the colour of the day and turn purple into pounds. ‘Go Purple’ is all about encouraging everyone – school children, work colleagues, local businesses, the retired, mums and dads – to be inspired and get involved to help a charity at the heart of the local community.

Carolyn Addison, Corporate Fundraising Manager, explained, “This was our second annual Go Purple event and we asked for local businesses, schools and the community at large, to support us by organising a purple-themed promotion or getting involved with our Go Purple initiative so when Louise suggested combining her launch with our fundraising, we were absolutely delighted! It was such a pleasure to award her Corporate Partner Certificate at the same time!”

Set up in 2003 by Louise Towler the business, as LT Consulting Solutions, grew significantly from a start-up based in a spare bedroom and now employs 9 team members. The new business name – Indigo Tree Digital Ltd – is designed to reflect that development and the quality of websites and service that the team deliver and take the business into the future.

Despite the change of business name, Louise is quick to reassure clients that they will still be working with the same team and with the same business ethos – Indigo Tree’s websites will still be built to fulfil each clients’ unique requirements, be easy to use and deliver great search engine results.

Louise goes on to say: “The original business name came from my initials, as it was essentially an extension of me. Though I will remain as involved as ever, the change of name to Indigo Tree reflects the breadth of knowledge and experience in the team. We now work together to help our clients stand out from the crowd, with websites that are reliable, beautiful and profitable.”

As for the future, Louise commented, “We’ve been so busy preparing for the launch and have had such a great afternoon celebrating ‘going purple’ with our clients and suppliers and friends, that I’ve not really had chance to think about it. All I will say, is watch this space!”
