Industrial Inspection & Analysis Acquires Timco Engineering

(IIA) USA – a leader in providing inspection, testing, and engineering services for the energy and manufacturing industries – has acquired Timco Engineering, Inc (Timco). With this acquisition, IIA adds all of Timco’s highly regarded product safety testing and certification services with strategic locations in the U.S. and China.
Timco Engineering services include testing and certification of consumer products and other devices emitting RF waves for compliance with the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission, Industry Canada, and the European Commission.
IIA will strategically align Timco Engineering with its existing brands, expanding its global platform and will continue operations under the Timco name.
The combination of services and expertise held between IIA brands and Timco will enable us to reach areas of the market we were unable to reach individually. This acquisition is a natural step for Timco, which will continue to deliver technical and service excellence to our customers, while further expanding our capabilities and capacity to better support their needs.
