Ayers joined the Insightin Health team back in March 2018 as the firm’s Director of Sales. In his new role, Ayers will have the opportunity to connect clients with the best technology solution that meets their short-term needs, mitigate pain-points & inefficiencies, as well as align a solution to meet long-term goals & strategies. Ayers comes to Insightin Health with years of experience in the healthcare & direct-to-consumer retail industry specializing in marketing, sales, and CRM efforts. As an expert strategist, Ayers brings an innovative and contemporary approach to consumer engagement that focuses on enhanced personalization, communication optimization, consumer behavior, and engagement analytics. Ayers has had previous experience with strategic marketing efforts for Highmark BCBS, MedExpress Urgent Care, GNC, and American Eagle Outfitters. In his role on Highmark’s Medicare Advantage marketing team, he served as the Marketing Strategist for a cross-functional Member Engagement team which successfully launched the organizations first Medicare Advantage rewards program & more than doubled the Annual Wellness Visit completion percentages in a 24-month period.
