Lifestyle Brand Finds White Space in the Market for Their Take on Cobranded Product

To support the cobrand initiative and eliminate barriers between design and manufacturing, bigtruck® created a small-batch lean manufacturing facility in Truckee, CA. The facility was designed with Kaizen principals in mind, constantly seeking incremental improvements. In addition to housing design and manufacturing, it is home to bigtruck® operations, sales, and marketing. Open to the public, it gives visitors an intimate look at the brand and the opportunity to build a custom hat while they tour the facility.
