Lake Country Village will include three unique single-family neighborhoods with approximately 300 home sites and Interlaken Village will offer 26 estate sized lots. The design will include at least 110 acres of permanently preserved parks and open space for residents to enjoy. Neighborhood amenities will include five miles of walking and bicycle trails, children’s play areas, outdoor swimming pools and fire pits.
