More importantly, though, is just eating something at all. Some people feel they’re too busy to have breakfast and then they may not be hungry for lunch because this has become an ongoing problem, and now their body is too used to not eating. Then by the time they get home, they’re too tired to make dinner because they’ve worked all day and have not eaten. Having intermittent snacks throughout the day may help people keep going if they want to stay on their specific schedule and wait to get home to really eat. It may also help get their body back on track to aim towards a healthier eating pattern.
