Panamax Replaces Existing System at Salnet With a Superior Solution iMax

The client was happy and we have now got together for a few more projects with Salnet he said. El Salvador Networks S.A. (Salnet) is one of the leading telecommunications company based in El Salvador. As the number portability for fixed and mobile operators was launched in El Salvador, Salnet joined hands with Panamax, to get LNP support and also to replace its existing legacy system with a more compact, efficient and a superior system. Panamax reformatted the CDR’s in Salnets mediation platform BYTE and whitelisted look up on TDM gateway. A support engineer was deployed at the client site to ensure a streamlined project execution. The administrative portal of iMax was localised to be available in the Spanish language. Some other Salnet specific customizations included Erlang reports on monitoring of all SS7/E1/ISDN traffic and vendor deal management.
