Press Release ( - GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Oct 06, 2016 - Park Hyatt Seoul’s The Lounge presents pine mushroom dishes made with fresh pine mushrooms from Gangwon-do, available from October 5 to 23, 2016.

Well-known for their full flavors and aromas, pine mushrooms are grown under the roots of old pine trees in the mountains, delivered fresh from Yangyang, Gangwon-do. By reducing the body’s cholesterol, Pine mushrooms are very effective in preventing hypertensive, arteriosclerosis, heart disease and other adult diseases.

The Lounge’s pine mushroom offerings include a four-course menu and a variety of à la carte dishes. The four-course menu includes sous vide sea bream, assorted seafood dumplings, marinated Korean beef sirloin, chestnut mousse cake and coffee or tea. The à  la carte menu offers haemul jjim (KRW 46,000), deodeok bulgogi (KRW 44,000) and galbi gui (KRW 58,000), all prepared with pine mushrooms. Prices include 10% tax and no service charge applies.
