Prior to joining PPT Solutions, Cart served as Contact Center Consulting Practice Lead at AT&T Consulting Solutions where he provided strategic consulting leadership. In this key role, he was responsible for delivering partner critical technology thought leadership and integration/deployment services including: SIP transformation; cloud customer engagement design and deployment; managed services; and full network, security, and business support. Cart has also served in key executive consulting positions at Eventus Solutions Group and Verizon providing leadership to a broad range of world-renowned brands across the financial, healthcare, consumer products, hospitality and insurance industries.
