Press Release (ePRNews.com) - SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. - Apr 06, 2020 - To address the growing incidence of wheel and tire theft and satisfy consumer demand for on-site repair services, Premiere Service announces WHEEL-Net, the first national wheel and tire replacement service designed specifically for insurance claims. Insurance carriers and their policyholders who experience a theft loss will be able to have wheels and tires replaced on-site, eliminating the need for costly flatbed towing, associated damage and lengthy repair times.
“For 30 years, Premiere has assisted our insurance clients with stereo, navigation and electronics replacement, and the extension of services for wheels and tires is a natural fit for our resources and clients’ needs,” states Mark Puente, founder and CEO of Premiere Services. “After a year’s long pilot with several Top 20 insurance carriers, we are excited to launch this program nationally for the industry. Over the years, I have found that claims like these require a lot of logistics and administration, and I believe that our the WHEEL-Net program will take a tremendous amount of administration work off the hands of adjusters, allowing them to be adjusters, not administrators.”
Claims handlers can send an assignment to Premiere Services via CCCOnea, warm transfer phone call, email (email@example.com), or through Premiere’s secure online quick claim portal found at https://premiereservices.com/quick-claim-form/. There are no setup fees, additional costs or IT integration needed.
“We are finding that, on average, we are reducing overall loss costs and loss adjustment expenses by nearly $1,500 per claim by eliminating flatbed towing expense, additional damage and enhanced cycle time,” states Laura Puente, President of Premiere Services. “On average, we are contacting policyholders within an hour of claims notice and having the vehicle repaired within two days. We are saving adjusters a lot of time, and policyholders love the on-site service.”
