Presto Unveils Its Newest Addition to the Series of Highly Efficient Tensile Testing Machines

They are best for finding the breaking strength of the materials when they are subjected to the tensile forces. The newest addition to the series is by Presto Stantest, a known name in the field of product testing instruments. The company has introduced a newly developed table top model of tensile testing machine-digital cum computerized. The instrument is appropriate for testing the strength of materials that have an estimated strength lower than 100-kilogram force. The instrument has a maximum capacity of applying 100 kgf and has a least count of 100 grams.

When asked about the technical details of the device, the engineers of Presto told that the instrument has been incorporated into highly accurate and sensitive load cell so that the users could get the best accuracy of testing results. The maximum span that can be attained between the grips to grips is 650 mm, and the test speed that is offered by the device is 100 mm/min and 200 mm/min. The computerized software of the device helps the user to see a detailed test report of the sample on the computer screen. In addition to that, the test reports can also be obtained in the graphical form of Force vs. Time. The software that is provided with the device allows the users to save up to 10 test reports for future reference. There is also an automatic cut off is also provided with the instrument which stops the machine once the test procedure is complete. The equipment is designed in compliance with the guidelines stated in various international standards such as ASTM, JIS, TAPPI, ISO and so forth.

With this device, it will be possible to test samples with smaller tensile strength with great precision and accuracy.
