Press Release (ePRNews.com) - ARLINGTON, Va. - Sep 11, 2018 - The QED Group and the National Association of Business Owners and Entrepreneurs (NABOE) have announced that QED’s CEO Neelima Grover will speak at their upcoming CEO Breakfast Series on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018 at 7am at the Washington Golf and Country Club in Arlington, Virginia.
In her remarks, Grover will share with NABOE members the story of her professional journey, her unique formula for success and how she overcame multiple challenges in an industry where the odds were definitely stacked against her.
“I didn’t set out to become an entrepreneur,” says Grover, “but when I couldn’t find the right position to leverage my creativity, I decided to create one for myself.” With no money and even less background on how to build a business, Neelima Grover became the first employee of The QED Group in the basement of her family home, with her only guarantee being her passion and determination for trying to do things differently.
I didn’t set out to become an entrepreneur, but when I couldn’t find the right position to leverage my creativity, I decided to create one for myself.
Today, Neelima Grover serves as CEO of the consulting company she founded, rising from that basement to the boardroom of a multi-national corporation that works with leading government agencies, organizations and global corporations in analyzing and interpreting data to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
“NABOE is proud to provide opportunities for our members to hear from successful entrepreneurs like Neelima,” said Ron Wills, President of CEO Focus for the Washington, DC Region and Founder of NABOE. “Stories of successful entrepreneurs have lessons in them which can help other business owners and executives as they navigate their own journeys.”
The NABOE CEO Series is held monthly to offer members the opportunity to hear and learn from entrepreneurs and business owners as well as to be reminded that while the path to success may be different, entrepreneurs are bound by a common thread and supported by other innovators who will encourage each other along the corporate journey.
