The problems that humans face don’t respect the boundaries we’ve created. SecondMuse has an impressive history of achievement, and a world-class list of partners and clients, but it was the values-driven culture that really attracted me to this opportunity. It is building an open, collaborative ecosystem that encourages the free flow of information and partnership across our networks, to create a world of beauty and dignity for all.
Carnes joins SecondMuse, as the company rapidly expands. Known for designing and mobilizing coordinated approaches to complex global challenges and identifying revolutionary opportunities for collaboration and network-centered innovation, SecondMuse has an impressive assembly of partners, including Nike, Inc., NASA, Intel, USAID and the World Bank Group. Previously, Carnes served as the Vice President of Operations and Strategy at XPRIZE where, in only three years, he led the nonprofit innovation engine’s product team to a 400% portfolio increase.
