Made in association with Mental Health Australia the film is about isolation, re-connection, and how a small act of kindness can have far reaching and profound affects.

About the film making team: Steve Bastoni is an award winning Australian actor who has starred in many international productions and in recent years, has turned his hand to writing and directing. Meg Pascoe has worked in the communications industry for the past 18 years and recently made the transition into the film industry. She is also the Producer of Australia’s Peninsula Film Festival, the largest short film festival in the state of Victoria, which was founded in 2011 by Steve, who is the Director of the Festival.
Art With Impact’s monthly film competition awards one winning filmmaker a $1,000 cash prize for a film — up to five minutes in length and of any genre — that uses mental health as the point of interest. Film topics may either be interpretive of mental health, or address it directly. Winning films are added to AWI’s diverse OLIVE film collection, which is used in educational outreach programs.
