Press Release (ePRNews.com) - CENTRAL LONDON, England - Nov 28, 2016 - INSEAD, in partnership with global digital product and customer experience studio, Brilliant Basics (bb), has begun to successfully roll out a new mobile platform, Study@INSEAD, aimed at enhancing the preparation and campus learning experience for executive education participants. The multi-channel platform consistently receives high scores and is appreciated by participants for being user-friendly, ecological and interactive, providing real time updates. INSEAD, which was ranked as the #1 “Global MBA Programme” by the Financial Times in 2016, has very high academic and education instruction standards, and the new platform is bringing that same level to the digital aspects of the programme.
The platform was initially designed in a two-day Conversation-2-Creation® workshop that bb ran for INSEAD at its campus in France. The session brought together INSEAD and bb teams to rapidly brainstorm, design, and prototype the initial solution based on research with participants and programme coordinators. At the end of the two-day workshop, the team had a base that bb would use to further develop into the final product.
The responsive and native mobile platform, which students can choose to run on iPads or through a web-based app on tablets or computers, serves as a useful companion in its own right, but it also forms the basis of a platform for the mobile experience of INSEAD on campus and online. The digital experience guides participants from pre-programme preparation through on-campus learning until completion with readings, programme, people and campus information.
bb was uniquely qualified for the partnership with INSEAD as both organisations have operations in Singapore as well as Europe, meaning the team could “follow-the-sun” through an agile design and build.
