There are a many reasons for this, amongst some are, High costs of education, the lack of in-house training and courses, the life style that comes with it, the long hours compared to the salary and the high turn over of staff within the industry, and though there are many jobs available it’s not a straight forward process in finding one.
So what does one do, especially when his been in the industry for 13 years as a chef?
