Press Release (ePRNews.com) - TORONTO - Sep 07, 2018 - This Way Up Events Director Lebert Veira joined Co-Founder Davis Gravelsins to announce their first Vital Reggae Nights’ Festival Evening to be held at the Steelworkers Union Hall in Toronto, Canada on September 8 at 8 P.M.
Along with Reggae artists CharLee, Golden Chyld, and Jah T, the evening will feature Nyabinghi Rasta Xola who will lead a group of Rastafarian singers and drummers in an authentic Rastafarian Binghi blessing ceremony. D.J.s Courtney Starr and English Dollah will spin their Jamaican and British vibes to complete the musical tapestry.
Adding a touch of authentic Jamaican flavour to Vital Reggae Nights, Ital delicacies prepared by EarthStrong Ital — using organically grown and freshly harvested vegetables courtesy of The Afri-Can Food Basket — will be served fresh from the kitchen.
We are thrilled to be reviving the mid-eighties Queen Street Bamboo Club vibe that everyone loved, still loves today, and has been missing these last few years.
A fully licensed bar with wine, cocktails and Ice-cold craft beers from Junction Craft Brewing will be open from 8:00 P.M. till 2:00 A.M.
“We are thrilled to be reviving the mid-eighties Queen Street Bamboo Club vibe that everyone loved, still loves today, and has been missing these last few years.” Says Mr. Veira.
“With so many people looking to cash in on legalization with big producers’ stocks, it feels good to shine some light on the cultural, musical and sacramental roots.” Adds Mr Gravelsins.
Tickets are available for thirty dollars at the door and twenty dollars on-line from EventBrite or the company website, www.thiswayupevents.com.
