In El Salvador, following Bourbon Coffee variety, Pronto Café comes from a Salvadoran dark brown sugar finished bean, cultivated at 1200 masl, a strict altitude, sun-dried in mud patios.

In Costa Rica, bean plantations are in the greater Central Valley area, between Heredia and Alajuela, at 1200 masl.
