Press Release (ePRNews.com) - Chicago, IL - Oct 12, 2017 - The next installment of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series hosted by the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd., will be held Wednesday, October 18, at 6 p.m. at 19 S. Lasalle St. in Chicago, Illinois. The lecture will be moderated by internationally renowned family law attorney Jeffery M. Leving.
This seminar will feature leading business evaluator Bruce L. Richman as its keynote speaker, who will present on the intricacies of Business Evaluations and the important role it holds in divorce proceedings. There will be other presenters, as well. The event will conclude with an open discussion.
Bruce Richman received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts; his Master of Science, Accounting from The Ohio State University; and his Master of Science, Taxation from Bentley College. He received his Master of Business Administration, International Business from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
Richman has spent over 30 years of his professional life actively involved in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions. He manages corporate valuation projects and forensic litigation cases for U.S clients nationally and internationally. Richman was recently referenced in Crain’s Chicago Business as a valuation expert during a roundtable discussion on Business Valuations in divorces. He has served as an expert witness in major divorce cases and has testified in state courts.
The Kallow CLE Seminar Series has had great success since its inception and over one thousand attorneys have attended its seminars since 2014.
