Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. Invests in Betterfrost Technologies to Bring Innovative De-Icing Technology to Global Market

Betterfrost Technologies is a Canadian startup commercializing a novel de-icing technology. Its rapid defrosting technology allows users to remove frost, ice, and fog from problem areas such as windshields, sensors, solar panels and many other potential applications. When Betterfrost’s technology is applied to electric vehicles, it improves visibility and increases vehicle range. Applied to major household appliances like refrigerators, the technology reduces energy usage.
