With the launch of Product Reviews comes several new ecommerce plugins as well to help businesses easily and automatically collect reviews through the TrustSpot platform. Product Reviews are available on Magento 1.x, Magento 2.x, Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop and OpenCart 2. “Expanding beyond our current set of ecommerce plugins will allow us to tap into new markets previously unexplored for our company,” says Ryan Haidinger, the Co-Founder & CEO of TrustSpot. “There are tens of millions of ecommerce stores out there running on various pieces of software to be successful; we want to make sure TrustSpot is available to everybody.”

Merchants will be able to use the Product Reviews Suite to also increase their marketing potential with on-site visitors and lower conversion costs with the Community Q&A module included in the release. With Community Q&A, site visitors can ask questions about products, and then past buyers or company staff can answer them. “Having the ability to ask questions and get fast answers on products is imperative to increasing customer knowledge on a potential purchase. Community Q&A gives companies a chance to increase their marketing potential by offering relevant content to users,” describes Larry.  

In addition to the Community Q&A feature is a powerful on-site widget which includes all of the Company’s reviews in one area, which includes the three pillars of TrustSpot: company reviews, product reviews, and community Q&A. The widget is displayed on each product page to show off reviews and questions on each product. For customers with complex sites, the widget can be customized to match the appearance of the site as well. “We wanted the PR widget to stand out really well for our users, and also give the ability to fully customize its appearance,” says Larry.
