Consistency throughout a company doesn’t necessarily just mean making sure that the services a customer receives are of the same high quality, though that is important. Consistent usage and enforcement of company policies go along towards having employees know what to expect and how to perform. Having employees feeling comfortable in a work environment helps bring cohesion for further efficiency.
