W4 Ambassadors: How Does It Work? Work4’s new feature is based on their unique technology, and designed to meet one specific objective: to bring to companies candidates they won’t find elsewhere by taking advantage of an exclusive pool of talent on Facebook and social media.
By connecting the W4 Ambassadors platform to their Applicant Tracking System and pushing their highly valuable HR content through it, organizations can give their employees the ability to share company content with minimal effort.
