10 Ways to Build a Better Reputation Online with Reviews

1.    Use Outside Help – go to a site like Trust Analytica for their help. These sites handle reputation management for a living. They will know the best way forward with reviews. Listen to what they say, and follow through with it. You will see improvements.

2.    Make a Space for Reviews – people like it when a company wants to hear from them. Make a space on your website/social media, and invite people to leave reviews. A space for reviews will boost your reputation as someone who likes to interact with their customers, and hear what they have to say.

3.    Keep an Eye on your Reviews – Remember that the internet is providing an ever-growing forum for reviews and discussions. Don’t just look at the reviews that are directly on your internet presence. Go and look for others. Check the major reviews sites. Keep an eye on what people are saying.

4.    Respond to Reviews –More than just keeping an eye on things, you do need to get involved from time to time. It can help your reputation if people see you responding to what they have to say.
