With recent adoption and commendation from Airbus we’re proud to have provided a solution for curing fibre optic termini on an aircraft, significantly reducing the process time, deskilling the operation and with no external power supply required.
With three products in the family, the LT50, 100 and 200, this system offers portable, fast curing capability for all applications. Primary features across the range include mains or battery operation, programmable profiles and cure profile logging, all shipped in a ruggedised portable case.
With a universal retention method of the cable and ferrule, the system features the ability to host a wide range of cables and ferrule types quickly and easily without requiring specific adapters.
The AVlitecure™ can offer pre-programmed cure profiles for fibre optic connectors used in aerospace, military and commercial applications and also allows users to programme their own profiles to suit their exact requirements. With an option for cure profile logging for traceability requirements, the AVlitecure™ covers every eventuality.
