Press Release (ePRNews.com) - WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Oct 10, 2017 - Julianne Frank, formerly of Frank, White-Boyd, Hayes, P.A. has opened her new solo practice in Jupiter, Florida. Ms. Frank sold the firm and left on sabbatical to the Caribbean where she developed her relationships with the offshore banking and trust industries. Her new practice will now provide asset protection, complex bankruptcy and business planning services to her clients in WEST PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH GARDENS, AND JUPITER Florida. Ms. Frank has been representing clients in the NORTH PALM BEACH communities  for over 35 years

Ms. Frank is the author of several blogs including THE BANKRUPTCY INSIDER ,HOW TO FAIL AT BUSINESS  and ASSET PROTECTION FACT AND FICTION, as well as the author of the book ‘FREEDOM FROM DEBT”.  She is also the owner of Jewel of the Sea Films which provides promotional video for law firms and other businesses.

In her continuing efforts toward marine conservation and preserving the ocean environment, Ms. Frank presently serves as an educational docent at the Loggerhead Marine Life center in Juno Beach, Florida

On Friday, December 8th, 2017, nationally certified bankruptcy attorney Julianne Frank will be moderating a panel of trustees in the Southern District of Florida. The event,  sponsored by the Palm Beach uykz County Bar Association, is entitled:  Ethics and Professionalism – “Stop Dabbling in Bankruptcy: What Every Lawyer and Paralegal Need to Know” On the panel will be  US Trustee Heidi Feinman, Chapter 7 Trustees Michael Bakst, Esq. and Deborah Menotte. Moderated by Julianne R. Frank, Esq.
