Lehigh Valley Center for Sight Announces the Hiring of New Office Manager

Press Release (ePRNews.com) - Allentown, PA - May 24, 2017 - ​Lehigh Valley Center For Sight, an established leader in eye care specialists, today announced the hiring of Michelle Plessl to the position of Office Manager effective May 2, 2017.

Houman Ahdieh, Managing Partner at Lehigh Valley Center For Sight, said the practice is excited about Plessl ‘s decision to join Lehigh Valley Center For Sight.

Michelle is a great addition to our practice and has already made a great improvement with our staff and scheduling to better aid our patients.

“We would like to welcome Michelle Plessl as our new Office Manager,” said Dr. Ahdieh. “Michelle is a great addition to our practice and has already made a great improvement with our staff and scheduling to better aid our patients.  She comes to us with a very strong and diverse background.  She was born in Kansas.  She later joined the Army after graduating from high school in Kittery, Maine. While in the Army she completed advanced individual training (AIT) as a Top Secret Signal Collection and Analysis Technician (98K) at NTTC Cory Station, Pensacola FL. While in the Army she attended the University of Texas business management.”

Dr. Ahdieh continued, “After completing her last duty station at Camp Humphrey, South Korea she decided, with her husband, to settle down in Pennsylvania to start and raise a family.  She obtained her Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy certification then worked as a clinical manager for an internal medicine office for 7 years before becoming the practice administrator for another 7 years.

She currently lives in Quakertown with her husband, 16 year old daughter, and 9 year old son.  Michelle enjoys coaching little league baseball for her local baseball association and sits on the booster club for high school varsity cheer.  In her spare time, she enjoys hobbies such as fishing, hunting, gardening, softball, spending time with family and traveling.

Michelle is a great addition to our practice and has already made a great improvement with our staff and scheduling to better aid our patients.  We are very grateful to have her with us.”
