MIVI Breaks Ground on Cutting-Edge Manufacturing Facility in Hyderabad
Apr 06, 2024: MIVI, a prominent Indian manufacturer of audio electronics, commenced construction on its innovative factory in Hyderabad, Telangana, marking a significant milestone in the country’s manufacturing landscape. The state-of-the-art facility, set to combine R&D and manufacturing operations, underscores MIVI’s commitment to technological advancement and job creation.
MIVI, a leading player in the audio electronics industry, embarked on a groundbreaking initiative with the laying of the foundation stone for its futuristic manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, Telangana. The ceremony, attended by dignitaries including Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce and IT Departments of the Telangana government, and Vishnu Vardhan, Vice Chairman of the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC), marked the beginning of a new era in indigenous manufacturing.
The new facility, representing a substantial investment of INR 200 Crore by MIVI, will serve as a hub for research, development, and manufacturing, integrating innovative technologies and sustainable practices. With a capacity to produce an impressive 100,000 units daily, the factory will cater to a diverse range of audio products, including earphones, soundbars, speakers, gaming accessories, and more. This expansion effectively doubles MIVI’s production capacity, positioning the company for accelerated growth and market leadership.
In addition to strengthening its flagship MIVI brand, the company aims to forge strategic partnerships with international brands for product development and manufacturing. Discussions are underway to solidify collaborations that will further enhance MIVI’s global footprint and technological expertise.
Midhula Devabhaktuni, Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of MIVI, expressed pride in the company’s latest endeavor, emphasizing its role in driving innovation and economic progress.
