SIGSALY Solutions FZE announces acquisition of Avere Consulting's Data Analytics Division

Press Release (ePRNews.com) - CREATIVE CITY FZ, UAE - Oct 10, 2016 - SIGSALY Solutions FZE today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Avere Consulting’s Data Analytics division. The acquisition is a part of their strategy of acquiring companies that built next generation technologies in data analytics. With customers in Telecommunication, Government Services, Retail and Healthcare, this acquisition signifies SIGSALY Solution’s entry into big data analytics. The financial terms of the acquisition is undisclosed. The transactional closure of the acquisition is expected to be by March 2017.

Founded in 2013 by Narain Rajagopalan, Syed Nazir Razik and Seshadri Ragavan, Avere Consulting is based out of Chennai, India. The firm’s focus is in building robotics, UAVs, IOT Solutions, Big Data Analytics and solutions for enterprise use cases.

As part of their acquisition strategy, SIGSALY Solutions FZE wants to go global, expanding its presence across three continents (US, Middle East and South East Asia) for their expansive Enterprise & Government services portfolio.

Avere Consulting’s data analytics division will be fully integrated with SIGSALY Solutions FZE and will function from UAE. The founders of Avere Consulting will be moving in at managerial positions inside SIGSALY Solutions FZE. The key management team, advisers, partners and other offices will be notified later.
