Funding brings total capital raised to more than $100 million for AI-powered workplace mental health platform serving nearly 3 million employees globally

Phoenix, Arizona - Sep 11, 2025 (UTC) - Trinity Capital Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIN), a leading alternative asset manager, today announced the commitment of $26 million in growth capital to Unmind, the workplace mental health platform delivering complete care in one solution, powered by AI. Unmind combines human expertise, digital innovation, and proven science so every employee can access the right support – from proactive and preventative AI guidance to therapy, coaching, crisis care, 24/7 programs, and wellbeing progress tracking. With tailored solutions for individuals, leaders, and organizations, Unmind helps build high-performing teams while driving productivity and growth for enterprises.

At the heart of their platform is Nova, Unmind’s mental health agent, which guides people to the right care at the right time while ensuring privacy and clinical oversight. Trusted by global brands, Unmind supports nearly 3 million employees worldwide, including major clients such as Uber, Disney, Major League Baseball, Standard Chartered, and Diageo.

This new debt financing will help scale Unmind’s operations, further develop its proprietary AI agent “Nova,” attract talent, and invest in innovation. Trinity Capital’s $26 million funding, along with Unmind’s recent Series C and prior financings, brings the company’s total capital raised since inception to more than $100 million.

“In today’s world, prioritizing mental health is vital, not just for individuals, but for the way we live and work together. Unmind is transforming how people and businesses thrive, and we are proud to partner with a team so deeply committed to bringing wellbeing into the workplace,” said Craig Fox, Managing Director of Tech Lending at Trinity Capital.

“Workplace mental health has reached a turning point. Organizations now recognize they need solutions that support their people at every level – from proactive tools for individuals, to mental health training for leaders, to insights that shape whole-organization strategy. With Nova, our mental health agent at the center of the platform, we can guide every person to the right level of care while enabling businesses to build resilient, high-performing teams. Trinity’s support accelerates our work to deliver complete mental health care that drives both human and business potential,” said Dr. Nick Taylor, CEO and Co-Founder of Unmind.

The funding comes less than two months after Unmind announced its $35 million Series C round in July 2025, demonstrating strong investor confidence in the company’s mission to transform workplace mental health through AI-powered solutions. The company’s approach addresses the growing recognition that employee mental health is critical not only for individual wellbeing but also for organizational performance and productivity.
