Anicut Capital Leads INR 17 Crore Series A Investment in Illumine-i, a Sustainable Design and Engineering Firm

Chennai, Feb 14, 2024: Illumine Industries Private Limited (Illumine-i), a prominent sustainable design and engineering firm, has secured funding from Anicut Capital to fuel its expansion plans. With this investment, Illumine-i aims to bolster its operations, enhance automation and digitization, and extend its services to new markets, fostering innovation and growth.

Established in 2015 by former SolarCity and Sunrun employees Nithish Sairam and Sudarsan Krishnan, Illumine-i initially focused on designing low voltage power plants. Since then, the company has emerged as a key player in sustainable engineering, offering expertise in structural and electrical engineering for power plants, energy storage systems, and distribution components. Additionally, Illumine-i provides digital modeling, MEP engineering, and project management services to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
