BHI Energy Announces Acquisition by AE Industrial Partners
Press Release (ePRNews.com) - Weymouth, MA - Aug 28, 2017 - BHI Energy today announces the acquisition of BHI Energy by AE Industrial Partners, LLC (“AEI”), a private investor in aerospace, power generation and specialty industrial companies. Terms of the transaction, which closed today, were not disclosed.
