The fuelling adaptor has a high power steel body and a corrosion-resistant coat for sturdiness and durability. A cast steel “driving wheel style” handle makes for safe and effortless operator control. The screw type dry break valve guarantees a secure and leak-free link to rail car tanks. A fuel resistant rubber bumper shields the rail car bodywork.”

IFC Inflow has its Acuflow range of PD meter that has been developed over two decades. They are best for oil and petrochemical products and other uses including mining, train, and plant refueling. IFC Inflow’s PD meters are made to the best standards for complete ruggedness and sturdiness. They are offered in sizes from 1 to ½ inch all through to a high volume 6in model, with flow rates ranging from 25 to 3000 liters per minute. Other features in the PD meter include air eliminators and air check valves, an accuracy range of +/- 0.15% and mechanical counters as standard. The API couplers provide a dry break joining between the loading rack and the petroleum road tanker, allowing safe liquid fuel loading. The couplers are appropriate for use in all petroleum tanker bottom loading applications. IFC offer a semi-automatic or manual versions of the API coupler. The semi-automatic couplers are mostly used on larger high-volume oil depots and petroleum stations whereas the manual version of their API coupler is inexpensive and is widely utilised on their oil distribution bottom loading skids where sites may be stocking up to 6-8 tankers each day.
