Oracle Cloud Marketplace serves as a centralized platform for Oracle customers, offering a wide range of trusted business applications and services, including solutions that extend Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Through Infobip’s collaboration with Oracle, businesses can access communication channels to enhance customer engagement, gather valuable insights, and tailor campaign strategies to nurture leads effectively throughout the buying journey.

Infobip’s network of over 800 direct operator connections and reliable infrastructure, processing more than 100 billion messages annually, combined with Oracle’s leading marketing and sales solutions, provides businesses with a comprehensive toolkit to achieve their objectives.

Stephen Streich, group vice president of product management at Oracle Marketing, emphasized Oracle’s commitment to delivering superior customer experience solutions. He highlighted the collaboration with Infobip as a means to provide customers with access to cutting-edge communication solutions, enabling them to enhance customer engagements intelligently.

Infobip’s collaboration with Oracle dates back to 2018 when it joined Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), enabling Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) customers to orchestrate consumer interactions using Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, and Oracle Digital Assistant. Infobip’s solutions have facilitated personalized, omnichannel messaging across platforms such as WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS, managing over 18 billion interactions across 65 customers through these integrations to date.
