Infogain Appoints Dinesh Venugopal as CEO, Effective February 8, 2024

Jan 30, 2024: Silicon Valley-based Infogain, a leader in human-centered digital platforms and software engineering services, has announced the appointment of Dinesh Venugopal as its Chief Executive Officer, effective February 8, 2024. Dinesh will succeed Ayan Mukerji, who joined Infogain in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer and later assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2021.

With nearly three decades of management experience, Dinesh Venugopal was previously the CEO of PK, an experience engineering company, and later served as the President of Concentrix Catalyst after PK’s acquisition by Concentrix. He brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation, experience engineering, and large deals, aligning closely with Infogain’s growth strategy. Dinesh has also spent over a decade at Mphasis, holding various roles, including President of Direct & Digital.

Rohan Haldea, Partner at Apax, expressed delight in welcoming Dinesh as the new CEO of Infogain, highlighting his experience in areas crucial to the company’s growth strategy. Haldea also extended gratitude to Ayan for his significant contributions to Infogain over the past six years.
